Gratefulness was converted into charity

 

A blind man was begging near a crowded place placing a board before him which says, “Please help me I am a blind man”.  Most of the people who passed by did not give him money.  One person who noticed this gave him some money and changed the words in that board

After few minutes most of the people who passed by gave him some money that his pocket was full.  When evening came he noticed the footsteps of the person who changed his board. The blind man asked what he had written in that board.  The man replied, “I wrote like this Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see”. 

The new words made the people realize that they have the gift of vision from God.  This feeling of gratefulness was converted into charity.

  Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and He shall sustain thee. A manager of a company often come across big problems.   This gave him lot of worry.   To stop worrying about his problem, he did something.   He made a worry box.   He used to write down his problem that gave him worry and put it inside the worry box.   After putting inside the worry box he will force himself to stop worry about that problem.   After a week when he opened the worry box most of his problems were already solved.   Dear children of God we do have a worry box.   Put everything inside that worry box and you can stay calm and cool to watch those problems getting solved.   Yes dears, Jesus is our Worry Box.

  There is a game called Trust-Fall, a person is asked to stand on a table when the leader say fall he will fall backwards from the table and the others will catch hold of him without hurting him on the floor.   This game is practiced inside companies to enhance trust worthiness among the employees.     We cannot trust any person always, the only person we can trust always is our loving Jesus.

The Great Wall of China

  The Great Wall of China one of the wonders of this world is 4500miles long, 35feet high and 25feet wide.   Nobody can climb over it or demolish it.   The purpose of building this wall is to save China from the enemies attack.   But the enemies of China, Barbaians three times entered China.   They never climbed over the wall, they never demolished the wall, nor did they move around the wall.   They just entered through the main gate freely by bribing those security there.   In our life also our lack of self-control will lead us to great defeats.   We must control our spirit, thoughts, anger, emotions, lust, jealous and greed for money.   If we cannot control we will be unsafe.   Let us receive God’s grace to have real self-control in our life and be blessed.
