Lazy children

 For many years Mondero beach in California has been a paradise for pelicans.  The fishermen who lived around there used to clean the fish and throw the waste there.  The pelicans had been eating these for many years that they have forgotten to search for food inside the sea.  After sometime those fishermen stopped coming to this particular beach.  Still the pelicans did not try for their food by getting inside the sea rather they waited for those fishermen for their food.  Because of this attitude many became so thin and many died also.

When the government authorities noticed this, they brought in many other pelicans which are vigorous in swimming.  When the old ones saw the new ones swimming into the sea and getting food for them they also got along with them and started swimming and gathered their own food.

Our children also became lazy like this pelicans if we provide all their needs.  They won’t even pray to God for their needs.  So we have an obligation to teach our children to work and pray for their needs, also to teach them righteousness, holiness, salvation etc.
